What would you do with a castle for a day?

Zetes, specialist in supply chain technology, celebrated its 40th anniversary there. "When we called Château Holtmühle to ask about the possibilities, we were received so enthusiastically that we were immediately convinced," Jolande and Claudie, the organisers, tell us. The North Limburg castle offered everything they were looking for for this unique celebration.

The choice of location When Zetes' Belgian headquarters asked them to organise the anniversary in the Netherlands, Jolande and Claudie decided to make it something special. Worldwide, the anniversary was celebrated, but each location gave it its own interpretation. "There were some fixed elements, such as a charity activity and a joint toast moment, but other than that we were given a lot of freedom," Jolande explains. The search for the perfect location ended in Limburg, at Château Holtmühle. Commitment and personal attention

From the very first contact with Talitha and Pleun from Château Holtmühle, things felt right. "They thought along with us and were always available for questions," says Jolande. "It wasn't just the big picture of the party that was well organised," says Claudie, "but also the little things. Think of reserved parking spaces for loading and unloading, a bicycle for setting out walking and cycling routes and suggesting contacts before we asked for them ourselves." Château Privé

The biggest advantage of Château Holtmühle? The exclusivity. "When you have that location all to yourself, it's a huge advantage. It really felt like the castle was ours for a while. The staff paid full attention to us. And it's also nice that you don't have to consider other guests during a cosy party evening." Claudie concludes smiling. When the anniversary is the talk of the day at the office on Monday morning, Jolande and Claudie know they put on a successful event. "It felt like we had extra colleagues on site who wanted to arrange everything for us and felt this day was just as important as we did." concludes Jolande. One thing is certain; this was an anniversary to remember.
