Rotterdam Meetings' Penthouse is located in the heart of hip Rotterdam on the chic shopping street De Meent and directly behind the monumental City Hall. The Timmerhuis is a historic city carpentry building, which has been extended with a state-of-the-art glass and steel work by Dutch master architect Rem Koolhaas. On the top floor is this stunning penthouse with huge floor-to-ceiling and left-to-right windows that give you breathtaking views of Rotterdam's cosmopolitan skyline.
The penthouse consists of two floors and is always rented exclusively for your party. On the ground floor is the entrance, toilet and cloakroom. The upper floor of about 120 m2 has a spacious seating area, a long conference table and a kitchen island. You can accommodate 10-12 people at the meeting table in a seated configuration, but feel free to use the rest of the floor as well, for example as a breakout room for participants to work on an assignment in smaller groups. Attached to the upper floor is a large terrace with beautiful views of the city, which can also be used as a breakout space in good weather or for after-dinner drinks after a productive day!
