Conference venue Flonk Hotel Groningen Zuid was built by KPN, in the early 1990s and originally developed as a training centre. The impressive glass facade with the design of a (learning) book opens up a conference centre equipped with all conveniences. Flonk Hotel Groningen Zuid has an auditorium for 200 conference participants, two large conference rooms for 150 participants and seven conference or sub rooms, varying in size and suitable for groups of ten to fifty people in theatre style.
