The Ruwenberg has 40 conference and meeting rooms: 16 plenary rooms and 24 discussion rooms, all with views of nature and equipped with a fully equipped lounge with a private terrace. The capacity of the rooms ranges from 2 to 450+ guests.
With 40 meeting rooms, De Ruwenberg offers space for all types of meetings, such as hybrid events, meetings, training courses and product presentations. The meeting rooms are spread over four wings, each with its own lounge and terrace, and can be reached via wide, spacious corridors. It is possible to reserve part of De Ruwenberg exclusively. For hybrid events, we work together with a partner specialising in audiovisual options.
Various set-ups are of course possible; participants can be present partly physically and partly online. Furthermore, meeting rooms can also be connected via streaming. Cameras are set up from different angles and studio lighting, image direction and AV specialists are available.
The 14ha estate of De Ruwenberg is extremely suitable for various outdoor activities, temporary pavilions and product presentations and teambuilding activities, such as golf clinics, sheep herding, drone workshops, fencing, sailing on the Dommel river and seasonal fairs. The 196 hotel rooms and the many sports facilities, such as the wellness, fitness and squash courts, provide the necessary relaxation after a day of meetings, training or brainstorming. We also have 250 parking spaces and 42 charging stations.
