Since 1994, Cape Thorn has specialised in business-only meetings. So you know you will always be among like-minded people. The equipment, the excellent wifi, the rooms, the restaurant? Everything is tailored to your needs as a business guest. We make you feel welcome by creating a welcoming environment and offering excellent service to guests, staff and volunteers. We believe in the added value of meaningful encounters between people in an inspiring, green and hospitable environment.
The participants of your meeting come for knowledge transfer and inspiration. At Kaap Doorn, the conditions for this are optimal. Kaap Doorn is located in the middle of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park and has its own large grounds where you can take a nice walk.
CSR and sustainability
Kaap Doorn applies corporate social responsibility in the broadest sense of the word. When you organise a meeting at Cape Doorn, you support the good work of the YMCA Netherlands (Recognised Charity). The YMCA has been involved in youth and youth work since 1853 and organises holiday camps for children in need in the Netherlands.
Kaap Doorn is also working on sustainability in many other areas. As one of the first conference centres in the Netherlands, we were awarded the Golden Green Key in 2010. To retain this Green Key, we take measures in the field of sustainability and social responsibility every year. As our guest, you contribute to this!
20 meeting rooms
Kaap Doorn has 20 meeting rooms (from 2 to 250 people). All rooms are equipped with plenty of direct daylight, air conditioning, basic audiovisual equipment, a screen and two flip charts. .
70 comfortable hotel rooms
Kaap Doorn has 70 hotel rooms equipped with all amenities. Most rooms overlook natural scenery. All rooms are equipped with shower, toilet, LCD TV, telephone and free Wifi as standard. Our facilities, such as the sauna and gym, are free for our guests to use.
Accessibility and parking
Cape Doorn is beautifully located in the Kaapse Bossen and easily accessible. On our own grounds, your guests can park free of charge. Here you will also find charging stations. In addition, Kaap Doorn has its own bus stop in front of the door called 'Kaap Doorn', which has a direct connection to Driebergen-Zeist station.
