Looking for intimacy, small scale and tranquillity for your party?
In - and around - the idyllic TUINHUIS right on the water of nature reserve Wijchens Ven you are sure to find it.
In this gazebo, there is room for up to 8 people. If you enjoy being outside, the group can be a lot larger, up to 35 people. You can then sit outside on the terrace or at the (12-metre long) picnic table. A large STERTENT can provide shelter if necessary.
Apart from the gazebo, there is a large heated SAFARILODGE (glamping) that can accommodate 20 to 30 people depending on the meeting setup.
Both the garden house and the safari lodge are equipped with heating so that meetings can be held ALSO IN THE WINTER.
We are located at one of the most beautiful and inspiring meeting locations in Gelderland. Your outdoor consultation will be an unforgettable experience that you will remember fondly. And there is a good chance you will want to come back.
CATERING
The catering can be provided entirely by us, but you can also choose to arrange it yourself. After all, making sandwiches together has its charm. The choice is yours.
Overnight stays and breakfast are available at a nearby family-run hotel 1 km away. Ask about the possibilities.
THE PONTOON BOAT (FLOATING TERRACE)
You can also choose to spend a few hours on the waters of the Wijchens Ven on the pontoon boat. This floating terrace is powered by 2 whisper (silent) engines. Steer yourself, though!
There is room for 12 people. Great for a brainstorming or strategic session!
THE MOBILE OFFICE
People reach decisions faster in an informal setting. BuitenOverleg's mobile outdoor office offers the opportunity to literally step away from the office.
Want to have a brainstorm with the board with a fresh head? Or maybe you just want to relax together for a day while building your team at the same time?
With the four-wheel drive mini-camper, you can literally go in any direction. Decide whether it will be the moor, the forest or the beach. You can also ask BuitenOverleg for a suggestion for an inspiring location.
How free can you be? We provide furniture, tents, electricity and catering.
PRICES
Prices are based on use of the gazebo or safari lodge by up to 7 people.
Above that number, 12 euros (incl. VAT) will be added for each person per half-day session.
We like to keep things clear. So there are no additional costs for use of flipchart, beamer, coffee, tea and soft drinks.
