Location tip: Hotel Indigo The Hague

Hotel Indigo The Hague

This location tip is close to our office. And coincidentally also close to

My tip this month is one close to our office. And coincidentally also close to our king's office. There has been a new hotel at Noordeinde in The Hague since the beginning of last year, Hotel Indigo The Hague. Built in 1883, the building housed the Nederlandsbank until 1994. Now it is a boutique hotel with 63 designer rooms. The venue is also suitable for meetings with an inspiring 100m2 meeting room.

Details from 1883

What I find so special about this location is that when it was converted from a bank to a hotel, a very large part of it remained intact. The stained-glass windows, bars, natural stone tiles and marble has been preserved. The nineteenth-century neo-Renaissance style, as it was designed in the 19th century, can be found throughout. The original round vault doors have also been preserved and you will find a nod to the building's old function in the carpet pattern, among other things. Besides offering beautiful designer rooms, this hotel is also suitable for meetings.

Meetings and seminars at Hotel Indigo The Hague

Hotel Indigo The Hague has two meeting rooms, which can accommodate up to 50 people, depending on the set-up. The venue offers 4-hour, 8-hour and 12-hour meeting packages. Onside catering is available. In addition, the hotel has its own brasserie, Stocks & Bonds, which you can visit throughout the day.

Our booking engine shows that this hotel is becoming increasingly popular. In 2019, 40% more reservations were made than in 2018. More reservations were also made for meetings at this hotel in 2019 than in 2018.
